Banking News – Nepal Bank Limited, the country’s first bank, has unveiled a special and attractive auto loan offer targeting customers ahead of the NADA Auto Show 2026, which is scheduled to take place from August 25 to August 30 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.

With this initiative, Nepal Bank aims to provide convenient, simple, and competitive financial facilities for customers looking to purchase all types of new private and commercial vehicles, including electric vehicles.

Under this scheme, customers who avail of a loan from Nepal Bank Limited to purchase any brand of vehicle at the NADA Auto Show will receive the loan facility at an interest rate calculated by adding just 0.49 percent to the bank’s base rate.

Furthermore, the bank has stated that customers availing this loan will be charged a loan administrative fee of only 0.5 percent in service charges. Additionally, borrowers will also receive a lifetime credit card facility of up to Rs 3 lakh without any fees.
