Banking News – With the upcoming ‘HP Lubricants Presents 18th NADA Auto Show 2026’ – Nepal’s largest automobile and mobility exhibition – nearing its dates, stall construction work at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu has gained rapid momentum. The auto show, scheduled to run from August 25 to August 30, has entered its final preparation phase.

Stall construction is underway at the exhibition venue, featuring various automobile brands, auto parts and components, tires, lubricants, batteries, charging infrastructure, garage equipment, banks, and insurance companies. According to NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal, more than 200 stalls will be set up for this year’s golden jubilee edition. Spanning an area of approximately 300,000 square feet, the exhibition will feature 53 vehicle brands in total, including 23 passenger vehicle brands, 17 light commercial vehicle brands, and 13 two-wheeler brands.

The exhibition will showcase new vehicles, electric vehicles, cutting-edge technology, and various automobile products and services. Approximately 70 stalls will display auto parts, tires, batteries, lubricants, accessories, and garage equipment, along with participation from banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.

Busy Technicians and Workers Engaged in Stall Construction

With only a few days remaining before the exhibition begins, stall construction at Bhrikutimandap is in full swing. Alongside making the stalls attractive and technology-friendly, work on electricity, lighting, digital displays, branding, and other technical arrangements is also progressing simultaneously.

This year’s NADA Auto Show is being organized as the golden jubilee edition, marking the 50th anniversary of NADA’s establishment. Organizers have stated that this year’s exhibition is being prepared to be more organized, technology-friendly, and attractive than previous editions.

Showcase of the Automobile Sector

The NADA Auto Show provides an opportunity for direct contact and business interaction among consumers, traders, distributors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in the automobile sector, alongside the display of new vehicles and technology.

According to NADA, the auto show will serve as a platform to understand the current state of Nepal’s automobile and mobility sector, new technologies in the market, and the direction of future dynamics.

This year’s exhibition will also feature a ‘Made in Nepal and Made for Nepal’ pavilion. Through this pavilion, organizers plan to promote vehicles, EVs, batteries, helmets, and other automobile components manufactured and assembled in Nepal. The NADA Auto Show will run from August 25 to August 30 at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall. The organizers have presented it as the premier business platform for Nepal’s automobile and mobility sector.
