Banking News – Eight bodies have been recovered among those who went missing in the flood in Rasuwa. According to Deepak Regmi, Chief of Bagmati Province Police Office, four bodies each have been recovered from Nuwakot and Dhading. He stated that extensive damage has occurred in the flood-affected areas. According to Regmi, structures and physical properties in areas swept by the flood have suffered widespread damage.

Approximately 13 to 14 people trapped in the flood and landslides have been rescued. Those rescued have been brought to Dhunche. Police have stated that three of them are in critical condition and have been sent to Kathmandu for further treatment.

Various police posts in Rasuwa have also been destroyed due to the flood. Police have reported damage to police posts in Syafrubesi, Kodari, Rasuwagadhi, and Timure areas. It has been stated that police teams are unable to reach some of these locations. According to police, rescue and search operations have been prioritized in the flood-affected areas.
