Banking News – The Nepali Army has intensified rescue and relief operations in Rasuwa district. According to Army Spokesperson Rajaram Basnet, 336 individuals have been rescued by helicopter from Rasuwa today.
Similarly, an additional 126 individuals have been rescued via ground routes, he stated. Currently, 14 helicopters have been mobilized in the affected areas for rescue operations. According to Spokesperson Basnet, the Army is primarily focused on search, rescue, and relief distribution. Over 2,000 Army personnel have been deployed in the affected areas, with a large number of security personnel mobilized in Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts.

The Army has also established a medical team with specialized doctors and a treatment center in Trishuli. So far, 64 individuals have received health treatment services from the medical center. The Army is continuing its relief efforts as well. Spokesperson Basnet informed that 11 trucks of relief materials were transported to Trishuli just tonight, with relief materials being distributed to affected areas as needed.
