Banking News – ICFC Finance Company has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders. The company has declared a 10.52 percent cash dividend (including tax) from the distributable profit of the fiscal year 2082/83.

The decision to distribute the dividend at that rate was made by the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadau 16. The proposed dividend will be received by shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and ratification by the upcoming annual general meeting
