Banking News – Shine Resunga Development Bank has called its shareholders to the 18th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 28. The bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on Ashwin decided to hold the meeting at Sofron C.K. Pvt. Ltd., Butwal, Rupandehi. The meeting will begin at 11:30 AM.

The meeting will pass a special proposal to distribute 6 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and 10 percent cash dividend including tax for the bonus share.

Similarly, the meeting will discuss and pass the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2082/83. As proposed by the Board of Directors, it will approve the distribution of 10 percent of paid-up capital amounting to Rs 50 crore 21 lakh 97 thousand 2 hundred from distributable accumulated profits (including tax on cash dividend and bonus shares).

For the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and dividend distribution, the bank will close its books on Mangsir 12. Accordingly, shareholders holding shares traded on NEPSE until Ashwin 13 will be able to participate in the bank’s Annual General Meeting and receive the dividend to be distributed by the bank.
