Organized by Banking News & Publication Pvt. Ltd., the IPO 360° Summit 2026 will be held on 1 November 2026 at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel under the theme “Beyond Rs.100: Book Building, Price Discovery & the Future of Nepal’s IPO Market.”
Karia is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter Holder with extensive experience across public and private equity markets. According to Cumulative Capital’s profile, his professional experience includes handling IPOs, private equity, strategic alliances, open offers, buy-backs and delisting, along with expertise in capital market transactions, corporate advisory and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, strategic positioning and client engagement.

As a SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker, Cumulative Capital operates across investment banking and transaction advisory, public markets, and asset management, with services covering main board and SME IPOs, FPOs, private placements, restructuring, open offers, buy-backs, delisting, M&A, QIPs, preferential allotments, and rights issues. The firm states that its team brings around three decades of collective experience and has handled transactions valued at more than USD 200 million.
Karia’s participation comes at a particularly important time for Nepal’s capital market, as the country moves toward discussions around book building, price discovery, valuation, investor protection, and a more market-oriented IPO framework. The IPO 360° Summit has been designed to bring together SEBON, policymakers, issuers, issue managers, market experts, and other stakeholders to examine practical challenges and develop a clearer roadmap for implementing capital-market reforms.
The summit will explore how Nepal can learn from international experience, particularly India’s development of book building and price discovery mechanisms. Key areas of discussion include IPO approval, disclosure requirements, due diligence, merchant banker responsibilities, corporate governance, investor protection, and regulatory frameworks.

Karia’s professional experience in capital-market transactions and corporate advisory is expected to add valuable perspectives to these discussions, particularly on the evolving role of merchant bankers, IPO preparedness, valuation, due diligence, and market-based pricing.
The IPO 360° Summit 2026 will feature more than 15 speakers, two moderators, three or more international speakers, and two major sessions, bringing together regulators, market professionals, investors, issuers, and other stakeholders from the capital-market ecosystem.

Banking Samachar has positioned IPO 360° as more than an event focused on IPOs. The initiative aims to advocate for timely implementation of capital-market reforms, educate investors and market participants, and accelerate meaningful dialogue among regulators, issuers, intermediaries, and investors.

Welcoming Priyesh Karia to Nepal for the IPO 360° Summit 2026, Banking News looks forward to an insightful exchange of ideas and practical perspectives that can contribute to the development of a more transparent, informed, and investor-focused IPO market in Nepal.
