Banking News – Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully concluded the series of its “Star Award 2082-83” program held across all seven provinces of the country. Through this program, organized with the objective of honoring, encouraging, and enhancing the professional capacity of agents with outstanding performance, 1,064 outstanding performers from across the country were honored with awards.

The program, which began in Itahari on Ashoj 4 and concluded in Pokhara on Ashoj 15, was grandly organized in Itahari, Bardibas, Butwal, Narayangadh, Kathmandu, Dhangadhi, and Surkhet. A total of 2,581 outstanding agents and agency managers from across the country participated in the program. In all series, motivation and sales trainer Kishu Jha provided training related to professional skill development.

Speaking at the program, CEO of Nepal Life Pravin Raman Parajuli stated that the agent network is the backbone of the company’s business expansion and customer relations. He urged agents to move forward with discipline, responsibility, and high professional conduct, and informed that efforts are underway to identify agents and policyholders affected by the recent natural disaster and provide necessary support.

At the program, Umapati Pokharel, National Sales Head; Om Bahadur Kc, President of the Professional Insurance Agents Association Nepal; and Ganesh Adhikari, President of the Insurer Committee Nepal Life, among others, congratulated the honored agents and urged them to remain dedicated to expanding the insurance market and service delivery. Nepal Life has stated that it has been operating this campaign not just as an honor but as an effective platform for agents’ knowledge, inspiration, and capacity development.
