Banking News – Samsung Nepal has announced a special repair service campaign with the objective of providing relief to families affected by the recent devastating floods in various parts of the country. This campaign has been introduced to help flood victims return to normal life and reduce the financial burden of repairs and replacing new goods.

This service is targeted at residents of flood-affected areas and surrounding districts (such as Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, Chitwan, Gorkha, and Tanahun) in 15 local levels declared as disaster crisis areas by the Government of Nepal. Under this campaign, special discounts and repair facilities will be provided for Samsung smartphones, tablets, as well as household items including refrigerators, washing machines, and televisions. Arrangements have also been made to provide door-to-door service for household items.

Under the campaign, arrangements have been made for 100 percent discount on repair and replacement for devices with remaining warranty, and up to 70 percent discount depending on the age for old items. If the repair cost exceeds 80 percent of the market price, consideration will also be given to providing a new item.

This special service, running from October 2, 2026 to November 2, 2026, is available through the Narayangadh Service Center and the service center located in Pako Tamrakar. Customers in affected areas can easily receive repair services by taking their devices to the designated centers.
