Banking News — Citizen Life Insurance has distributed relief materials to families affected by continuous rainfall in Kalikot District as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

In coordination with the Karnali Province Tourism and Cultural Conservation Center, the company provided standard double blankets and mattresses to 57 disaster-affected families from various wards of Shubhakalika Rural Municipality, Mahawai Rural Municipality, Khandachakra Municipality, and Tilagufa Municipality.

According to the company, the relief programme was organized to provide essential warm bedding to families impacted by natural disasters and help ease their day-to-day living conditions.

The distribution campaign was carried out with the support and coordination of local governments and relevant organizations to ensure that relief materials reached economically vulnerable and disaster-affected households in remote areas.

The relief distribution programme was attended by Raju Sijapati, Agency Manager of Citizen Life Insurance, who coordinated and managed the event while personally handing over the relief materials to the affected families.
