Banking News– Despite the Nepal Stock Exchange index falling by 26.29 points on Monday, investors in five listed securities posted the highest gains of the trading session.

Out of 356 companies traded during the day, share prices of 34 companies advanced. The top five gainers were Snow Rivers Limited, Sanigad Hydropower Limited, Kalanga Hydropower Limited, Corporate Development Bank Limited, and the 10.75% SBL Debenture 2089.
Snow Rivers and Sanigad Hydropower topped the gainers’ list, with their share prices rising 14.99 percent each. Kalanga Hydropower followed with a 14.58 percent increase, while Corporate Development Bank gained 11.55 percent. The 10.75% SBL Debenture 2089 rose by 5.98 percent.
On the losing side, Three Star Hydropower Limited recorded the steepest decline, with its share price dropping 13.79 percent.
It was followed by Nepal Finance Limited, which fell 11.64 percent, while Khanikhola Hydropower Company Limited declined 9.72 percent, making them among the biggest losers of the day.
