Banking News – Security has been significantly strengthened across several districts in Madhesh Province and Koshi Province under the leadership of Home Minister Sudan Gurung and following directives issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Authorities said surveillance has been intensified, particularly in sensitive areas, with drones being deployed to monitor the security situation.

Security agencies warned that legal action will be taken, based on evidence, against anyone found attempting to disrupt social harmony, religious tolerance, spread rumors, or engage in activities that violate the law.

The administration has urged citizens to remain calm, exercise restraint, and help maintain peace and communal harmony. It also appealed to the public not to be influenced by misinformation, rumors, or provocative content.
