Following disruptions in regular LPG supplies, the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) arranged special gas distribution at seven locations across the Valley in coordination with the District Administration Office, Kathmandu. The arrangement was targeted at consumers who were unable to obtain gas from regular dealers and were in urgent need of supplies.

Long queues were reported at the NOC’s Teku premises and other designated locations, as consumers arrived early to purchase LPG cylinders.
