Banking News – The Supreme Court has issued a show cause order on the habeas corpus petition filed on behalf of medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai.

The single bench of Justice Hariprasad Phuyal issued the show cause order while hearing Prasai’s petition. The order asks for a written reply within 48 hours stating the reason for keeping him in custody.
