Kathmandu — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, currently in New York for the 79th United Nations General Assembly, met with US President Joe Biden during a reception hosted by President Biden for visiting dignitaries.

In addition to his interaction with President Biden, PM Oli held sideline discussions with several leaders from other countries, further strengthening diplomatic ties.

Earlier in the day, PM Oli addressed the General Assembly, reaffirming Nepal’s unwavering commitment to concluding the peace process and emphasizing the nation’s role in global peace and security initiatives.
