Banking News – Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has successfully completed the financial management of a 20 MW grid-connected solar energy project promoted by Pashupati Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Sunsari district under Koshi Province.

In this project, completed under the sole investment of Machhapuchchhre Bank, the bank will provide financial investment of up to 80 percent of the project’s total cost, and the construction period of the project will be 1.5 years. The 20 MW grid-connected solar energy project is expected to expand Nepal’s renewable and clean energy generation capacity and further support sustainable infrastructure development in the energy sector.
