Banking News – Kisan Agrobased Industries Limited has become associated as the co-sponsor of Chitwan Rhinos, a team participating in the Nepal Premier League. Operating with an integrated business model in the agriculture, tourism, and production sectors, Kisan Agrobased has co-sponsored Chitwan Rhinos for Seasons 3 and 4.
The company has stated that this collaboration with the NPL, which is becoming established as a special festival of Nepali sports, has brought agricultural enterprise and sports onto a single platform. Established with its head office in Kathmandu on Chaitra 21, 2081, Kabil has quickly established its business presence in various locations across the country, including Dhankuta, Morang, and Nawalparasi. The organization has been moving forward with the objective of putting into practice the theoretical belief that the existing challenges in the agricultural sector can be turned into opportunities.

With the goal of establishing a broad presence of Nepali products in the global market, Kabil has identified five specialized business areas processing and cold storage of agricultural products; natural mineral water and specialty beverages; medicinal herbs and spices; livestock and dairy products; and agriculture-based tourism and has accelerated business expansion.
The organization believes that this effort of operating the value chain from production to processing, storage, and marketing in an integrated manner will contribute to fair prices for farmers, quality products for consumers, and export promotion and import substitution for the country. Since Chitwan is a major agricultural production area and tourist destination of the country, Kabil has taken the collaboration with Chitwan Rhinos as a partnership that naturally aligns with its business philosophy.
Reacting to the collaboration, Suman Neupane, Chairperson of Kabil, said that they are happy to be associated as co-sponsor of Chitwan Rhinos in the NPL, which is developing as a special festival of Nepali sports, and to be able to add a brick to the expansion of this festival. He said that the foundation of both agriculture and sports is hard work, discipline, and teamwork, and through this collaboration, they want to connect Nepali agricultural production and youth energy on a single platform.
