Banking News – The Banking Training Center has successfully conducted a comprehensive training program focused on stress management, personality development, and communication skills, benefiting employees from various prominent financial institutions.

The training program aimed to equip banking and financial professionals with practical tools to manage stress effectively, enhance workplace productivity, and foster personal and professional growth. Participants received valuable insights on communication strategies, emotional resilience, and workplace well-being.

Rupali Poddar, a renowned trainer, led dynamic sessions on personality development and communication skills, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and interpersonal effectiveness in professional environments. The training also featured Prashanna Bista, a respected expert in stress management, who shared practical techniques for handling stress in high-pressure roles typical of the financial sector.
