A distinguished business leader with over 28 years of experience across India’s capital markets, stock exchanges, commodity exchanges, and market infrastructure institutions, Mr. Patil has a proven track record of driving business growth, pioneering product innovation, creating new business streams, and translating strategic vision into commercially successful platforms.

He has led complex businesses and served on the Boards of prominent organisations, including ICCL, India INX, India INX Clearing Corporation, BSE E-Agri, CCRL, NDML, etc. He has been associated with 150+ corporate listings.

At BSE, he played a key role in the relaunch and growth of the Sensex and Bankex derivatives contracts. At MCX, he was instrumental in launching key commodity contracts, including Gold, Silver, Crude Oil and Copper.

A respected personality in the capital markets fraternity, Shri Patil has received several prestigious industry recognitions and was most recently honoured as “Asia Pacific Business Leader of the Year – Capital Markets.”

The timing of the IPO 360° Summit 2026 is particularly relevant because SEBON’s current capital-market reform agenda includes review of book building, institutional and technological strengthening, and eventually more market-based pricing and QIB/Anchor Investor participation.
