Banking News – Ncell customers can now enjoy a Buy One Get One offer and special discounts on spa and beauty services at Tranquility Spa. These schemes have been announced following the partnership between Ncell and Tranquility Spa.

Under the partnership, customers who purchase prepaid packs or postpaid plans worth Rs 499 or more will receive a Buy One Get One offer on Signature Massage, Body Scrub, Shirodhara, and Premium Care Facial.

This provides two people with the facility to enjoy the service for the price of one. Customers taking services alone will receive a 25 percent discount on spa services and a 20 percent discount on beauty services. These benefits are available only for Nepali citizens.

Customers using packs or plans priced from Rs 99 to less than Rs 499 can also receive special benefits. Youth and other customers will receive a flat 20 percent discount on spa services, while tourists will receive a 10 percent discount. The partnership agreement was recently exchanged at a program between Lalit Sharda, Products Director of Ncell, and Ranil Phaiju, Chief Operating Officer of Tranquility Spa.

To avail the benefits of the offer, customers can open the Ncell App, go to Partnered Services, select Tranquility Spa, and redeem it at the official outlet. The benefits shown in the app will be based on the pack or plan purchased by the customer. Customers who are not eligible can purchase an eligible pack or plan and avail the benefits.
