Fintech Alliance Nepal Elects New Leadership — Amit Agrawal Appointed as President, Sharma from iMark Joins Executive Committee

Kathmandu, November 2025: Fintech Alliance Nepal (FAN) has announced its new executive committee for the fiscal year 2082/83 (2025/26). The organization’s third Annual General Meeting, held at Square Hotel in Lalitpur, elected a seven-member committee with Amit Agrawal, Co-Founder and Director of IME Khalti Limited, as the new President.

Joining President Agrawal on the executive committee are:

Devendra Khadka, CEO of Synergy Tech Software Pvt. Ltd.

Binod Pokharel, Co-Founder of Plan B Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Bikash Shrestha, Senior Relationship Manager at Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd.

Ashish Sharma, Director at iMark Pvt. Ltd.

Munni Rajbhandari, Chief Operating Officer of NCHL Ltd.

Santosh Tamrakar, Managing Director of IMS Software Pvt. Ltd.

Fintech Alliance Nepal, a key institution promoting innovation and financial inclusion in the fintech sector, is expected to advance with renewed vision and strategic initiatives under the leadership of newly elected President Agrawal.

Outgoing President Sajan Sharma handed over responsibilities during the event. Congratulating Agrawal, former president and Kathmandu Fintech Founder Sanjeev Subba expressed confidence that Agrawal’s visionary leadership will further strengthen Nepal’s fintech ecosystem.

Established three years ago, Fintech Alliance Nepal has become a leading representative body of Nepal’s fintech community, currently comprising more than 30 institutional members. The organization also holds membership in the Asia Fintech Alliance (AFA), underscoring its growing regional presence and collaboration.
