Jawalakhel Group of Industries and Himalayan Distillery Limited with large scale distribution networks operating across Nepal, both companies manage complex day to day operations involving inventory, billing, distributor coordination, and field sales activities. To support these growing operational demands, IMS Software will implement its Distribution Management System DMS and Sales Force Automation SFA solutions.

The integrated system is designed to make distribution operations faster, more organized, and easier to manage. Features such as real time stock tracking, automated billing, warehouse management, sales monitoring, scheme management, and detailed reporting will help improve operational visibility and overall efficiency across the distribution chain.In addition, the mobile enabled Sales Force Automation system will support field teams with live order booking, route planning, outlet tracking, and real time synchronization with the central system.
